Shipping

- Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days within the continental US.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- International shipping: Currently shipping within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something's not right:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we'll send instructions for returning your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
